Toledo hosting public workshop (Newport News-Times)The Port of Toledo and the City of Toledo will be hosting a public workshop next week as part of a Transportation Growth Management study. The workshop will be at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 23, at the Toledo Fire Hall, 285 NE Burgess Road.
